Gold Exchange
Hot Spot!!!! We always have a hot spot when if comes to investing and making money. Many people are claiming that gold is the place to have your money today. And, at the same time many people are arguing against it. I know in 2006 I was advised to invest in gold and I didn't. In 2009 I realized how much I regretted that decision and got in the market. It is now a few days away from 2011 and I am so glad I got in the market.

-Some people want to get in the market and do not what to get into.
When it comes to investing in gold there are many different ways to do
it. We will address these.
Gold ETF's
ETF stands for
exchange traded fund. What it does is track the price of gold. I want to
be very clear there are good times to invest in these however, realize
that you are not investing into gold. What you are investing into is a
business or company that works with gold. Just because gold goes up does
not mean the Gold ETF will.
Gold Mining Stocks
money for gold
There is also the belief that if you invest into a gold
mine that you are investing into gold. This is not true. If the price
of gold goes up it does not mean that your investment into the mine will
increase. There is a chance of it however, it is not for certain. What
you are putting your money into is a business that mines gold. Like any
business it can go broke.
Gold Futures Contracts
cash for gold
When you buy a futures contract you are buying a
contract in the future hoping that the price will rise. You do have to
sell and purchase at a specific time so you make your money. It does
require practice and knowledge to succeed in the futures trading
business.
Physical Gold
Physical gold is actually buying
the gold...the stuff that you can actually hold in your hands. This is a
solid investment because if the price increases or decreases you still
have the product in your possession. We are seeing businesses all over
with signs that say 'Gold for Sale'. This is because the price of gold
is at an all time high people want to make a profit on it.
